- What is generally considered a dental emergency?
Help alleviating dental pain, stopping bleeding or after suffering tooth trauma are all considered dental emergencies. Additionally, if you have a severe dental infection - especially with swelling visible from outside the mouth - this can be deemed to be life threatening and you will need to urgently contact a dentist. - When is toothache an emergency?
If the toothache has lasted a few days, is getting progressivly worse, you have a temperature, swelling or pain on biting, you should contact your dentist for an appointment urgently.
- Will I have to pay for emergency dental treatment?
Yes there will be a charge for a emergency appointment at Londent Oral Care. Prices start at £80.
